Course description
To introduce the field of plant pathology; the major plant pathogen groups (fungi, oomycetes, bacteria, viruses, nematodes & phytoplasmas) & their identification (practical classes); methods of control (chemical, cultural, genetic & biological) & impact on society (historically, environment, quarantine & GM). This course will be last offered in external mode in 2024.
