Course description

This course focuses on the flow of information and people in the travel and tourism industries. Students will develop an advanced understanding of the distribution and management of the travel and transport sectors of the tourism industry. This course will explore how visitors find and book travel products, and how they access tourism product through various transport modes. The role of travel distribution intermediaries and transport companies will be analysed from a sustainable management perspective.
