Course description

This course equips students to assess the logic and quality of social research. It focuses on understanding the foundations of social research and skills in critical reading of research, designing small scale research projects and the application of research methods linked to qualitative, quantitative and action research approaches. Students critique published research and design and prepare small research projects. Course will only be offered if enrolments exceed 15 students.
