Course description

Description: This course covers methods to analyse data from longitudinal (repeated measures) epidemiological or clinical studies; paired data; the effect of non-independence on comparisons within and between clusters of observations; methods for continuous outcomes: normal mixed effects. This course is part of the Biostatistics program conducted by the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia. if you are not enrolled in this program, please contact the Program Director, Prof Annette Dobson and seek permission before enrolling.
