The Psychology strand will use a 5C framework (Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character and Contribution) to know the athlete (learner) and the implications for coaching practice such as understanding psycho-social development and catering for difference. The Learning and Pedagogy strand introduces students to facilitating learning for all learners including the notions of inclusion and exclusion, sporting pathways and diverse communities.
