Course description
Learn sought after skills in qualitative social science research through doing. Covering research design and practice, the course introduces the methods, methodology and epistemology of various analytical approaches: including thematic analysis, grounded theory, critical discourse analysis, visual analysis, participatory action research and narrative inquiry. The course also explores many contemporary theoretical approaches and debates including interpretivism, social constructionism, post-positivism, feminism, Indigenous methodologies and post-colonial approaches.
