Assessment methods
Thesis, written in the form of a manuscript suitable for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
Art therapy field of study students will be required to submit four art pieces that
reflect this semester's work on their project.
Art pieces will be presented and exhibited with a written artist's statement
explaining the process and the art work.

Course description
This course builds on Mental Health Research Thesis 1 in that the student will conduct and write up their project. The course will focus on operationalising their research project and dealing with the practical issues involved with undertaking research. Students will be provided with regular supervision to guide the research process and meet pre-submission hurdle requirements. The course will also cover more advanced project management skills, thesis organisation and writing skills, data presentation, and presenting findings in professional settings.
