Course description
The course will integrate theories of urban planning, urban economics, and urban design. Students will learn how to: apply urban regeneration theory to a specific location; audit a site; develop a conceptual development plan or vision; develop a design proposal that is commercially viable; cost a development; and assess project feasibility.
