Course description
The course provides an opportunity for students to better understand and experience the issues and complexities of development in the Global South. The course will involve four pre-departure workshop sessions prior to the fieldtrip (at UQ St Lucia campus), as well as an 8-day fieldtrip to a selected country in the Asia-Pacific region. In the event that students complete the fieldwork and then subsequently withdraw from this course without financial liability, the School reserves the right to charge full cost recovery for this fieldtrip.
