Course description

This course examines the philosophy of Kant & his influence on the development of European philosophy in the 19th & 20th centuries. Kant's philosophy is pivotal for the subsequent developments of Idealism, Marxism, Existentialism & Phenomenology, & analytic philosophy. The course will be of interest to all students who want to deepen their understanding of the origins of some of the central issues in modern philosophy. This course may not run if there are fewer than 20 enrolments.
