Course description
This course will assist students develop skills in exploring the role of nursing in the health care system and in health policy development and political processes, with particular reference to primary health care settings. In addition students will examine health care financing and nursing's role in advancing health care quality and patient safety. Legislation and regulation affecting nursing practice will also be covered.
