Course description
Genetic & chromosomal conditions & the major milestones of childhood. Issues associated with the nursing management of a baby & mother & management problems. Ethical obligations to ensure patient confidentiality & the legal rights of the child. The role of the family & access to health services in the development of the child & the role of population health interventions such as foetal & neonatal screening.
