Course description
Introduction to Western art music from ca.1200 to ca.1700, including knowledge of its major stylistic developments, exploration of representative works, and understanding of the wider contexts of music across different times and locales. Development of research and communication skills for music-specific studies. Please note that this course offering may be cancelled if fewer than 10 students enrol.
