Course description
Study of basic techniques of Western tonal music & integrated writing, analysis, keyboard & aural skills components.
Students with advanced knowledge of music theory are encouraged to complete the Music Theory Test administered by the UQ School of Music. Successful completion may result in an exemption from MUSC1600. For more information or to arrange the test, please contact the School of Music.
