Course description
This course examines the new product/service development and management process and particularly focusing on the contribution of marketing. Specific areas covered include market learning, R&D and marketing interface, unique characteristics of new service development (NSD) such as co-creation , product/service launch, the role of entrepreneurial marketing strategies reaching viable markets, marketing channels and building relationships with targeted customers.
