Course description

This capstone course provides students with an opportunity to reflect on the content and self-knowledge built up in the core courses of the Leadership field of study, and to develop a program for their future development as a leader. It comprises reflections on a set of practices and a project throughout the semester. The interactions are designed to be collegial and dialogic, directed towards developing a credible leadership path for each student.
