Course description
With the growth in digital technologies and data science comes a growing interest in people analytics within the HR profession. This course will help provide students with knowledge and expertise in this growing specialism; with a combination of theoretical and practical lecture/instruction, case study tutorials and hands on practical workshops, the course aims to help build and extend students' HR analytic competencies. The course will help to build skills in statistical analysis with a particular focus on application in HR related data. We will cover a range of quantitative HR analytic projects, such as: analyzing and predicting turnover as well as exploring drivers of employee engagement.
