Course description
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of three interrelated aspects of managing in the global workplace. Theme 1: General human resource management (HRM) in the multinational enterprise. Theme 2: Engaging in and supporting global mobility. Theme 3: Building awareness of present and emerging international human resource management trends. The course places equal value on building students' understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical implications of working in a global HRM environment.
