Course description
The Specialties II rotation is split into two 4-week blocks: the Critical Care Course block (CCC) and the Surgical Options block (SO). Contact hours per week for Critical Care Course is 40 hr/week. The Critical Care Course block is conducted in the major teaching hospitals in each Clinical School. The CCC aims to teach the student the skills, knowledge and attitudes involved in managing patients with critical illness.
