Course description
Students will develop the skills to competently and safely conduct common health, fitness, and sport related assessments, evaluate physical activity/fitness status, interpret results and communicate the findings. In conjunction with learning theory content in workshops, this course will provide practical opportunities to acquire the technical skills central to professional practice in exercise science and physiology settings.
