Course description
Research and project planning skills are highly valued by employers and are widely used in academic, government and non-governmental agencies, private companies and community organisations. This course aims continues to enhance the skills and knowledge of theory and research methods developed in other degree courses through the completion of an applied year-long group research project in the field of crime and justice. Students will develop their research skills in response to current issues and build confidence in delivering impactful outputs that are valued by industry.This course is only available to BCCJ students and continues on project and team work from CRIM3201. It is recommended to be completed in the final year of study. Students become skilled in project planning, team work, and industry liaison.This course will be offered for the first time in semester 2, 2024.
