Course description

This course is an induction to public relations as a profession and as a field at a postgraduate level. It is designed to help you build your own understanding of the role of PR in society. Students are encouraged to study and critically appraise the principles, history and different approaches to PR from academic and industry perspectives. This is a Foundations course that students should complete before proceeding to advanced subjects.
