Course description
In this course, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of prestressed concrete structures, including: analysis and design of prestressed concrete beams, design of simple prestressed concrete bridges and portal frames. You will also be introduced to strut-and-tie modelling as well as analysis and design for torsion and combined actions.
