Course description
This course will deliver the principles of project management in the context of civil engineering. This will include: work planning & control; scheduling, including critical path methods; internal and external costs (understanding, estimating and controlling); teams communication and team leadership; quality and safety culture; resources; professional ethics and Building Information Modelling for project management.
