Course description
This course provides an overview of how organisations develop and embed innovation in their culture, structures and processes. It closely examines how individuals navigate organisational processes to contribute creative ideas for new services, how they lead, are motivated, learn and experiment. It looks into organisational processes such as instilling an innovative culture and structures that support innovation. As such it appeals to people working in small firms looking to scale their innovation processes and larger organisations that lack a systematic innovation capability.
