Course description
This course introduces learners to the design thinking principles, processes, methods and tools used in the design and delivery of innovative and sustainable service experiences. The course highlights the importance of human-centred design to identify and understand service problems through interpretation, ideation, rapid prototyping, iteration and evolution. A significant proportion of the course will be devoted to using design thinking techniques to create an innovative service experience.
