Course description
This course introduces leaders to the design thinking principles, processes, methods and tools used in the design and delivery of innovative and sustainable service experiences. The course highlights the importance of human-centred design to identify and understand service problems through research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, testing and implementation. A significant proportion of the course will be devoted to leading a service design project to create an innovative service experience.
