Assessment methods

Project Outline (P/F), - Write a one or two page (A4) outline of the project Week 1, 3 and 6 Checkpoint Meeting (P/F), - Meeting with supervisor in week 1, 3 and 6 (1 semester), or, week 1, 6, 12 (2 semester) into the project, complete the checkpoint reflection. Project Seminar (10%), - Oral presentation of project findings to laboratory group during the last week of teaching of final semester. Project Report (75%), - Written report of approximately 6,000 words and no longer than 25 pages (excluding references). Performance (15%) ¿ Performance in the project as determined by your supervisor and mentor, and appropriate use and maintenance of a laboratory notebook.
