The course involves up to 3 week study tour up the Queensland coast and then to Northern Territory to become familiar with the diverse array of farming systems and how they relate to domestic food supply and Northern Australia¿s export markets ¿ particularly to Indonesia. The objective is to familiarize students with a large variety of agricultural environments, production systems and resources in tropical Australia.
