Electrical & Computer Engineering
Part of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Master of Engineering program
Students must complete for the BE(Hons)/ME (Electrical & Computer Engineering Plan code: ELECEX2350), 80 units comprising:
- 60 units for either
- (i) 40 units being all courses from part A - compulsory, years 1 to 3 of the 2016 BE(Hons) (Electrical & Computer) list; and
(ii) 20 units being all courses from part M - compulsory; or
- (i) 42 units being all courses from part A - compulsory, years 1 to 3 of the 2017 BE(Hons) (Electrical & Computer) list; and
(ii)18 units being all courses from part M - compulsory except ENGG4810; and
- (i) 40 units being all courses from part A - compulsory, years 1 to 3 of the 2016 BE(Hons) (Electrical & Computer) list; and
- 16 units from the combination of part N of the BE(Hons)/ME (Electrical & Computer) list and part B of the BE(Hons )(Electrical & Computer) list and parts A, B and C of the BE(Hons) (Software) list, including
- (i) a minimum of 8 units from part B of the BE(Hons) (Electrical & Computer) list with at least 4 units at level four; and
(ii)a minimum of 4 units from part N of the BE(Hons)/ME (Electrical & Computer) list; and - balance from electives, being courses on the BE(Hons) list or BE(Hons)/ME list or other courses approved by the executive dean.
