The Graduate Certificate in Food Science and Technology will develop theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to meet the many global challenges associated with feeding the world, maintaining our environment, biosecurity concerns, and competition for limited resources. To complete the Graduate Certificate in Food Science and Technology
To graduate with a Graduate Certificate in Food Science and Technology a student must have successfully completed all requirements of the program as certified by the Executive Dean. This includes courses to be taken to complete the program and any other specific conditions of the program including admission, enrolment and progression requirements.
