To enrol a student must hold -
(a) An approved degree with a GPA of at least 4.00 on a 7 point scale.
(b) For students who have previously undertaken a degree with a specialisation in Accounting, entry will not be approved.

Why study the Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting?
The program allows students to develop the skills necessary to practice in the accounting profession. Students complete #12 of common courses and then select a further #4 to complete the necessary prerequisites for associate membership of one of: Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) (Australia) or the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Australia (ICAA).
This is a 2 semester program however students seeking membership with the ICAA can only complete the program in 2 semesters if is it commenced in Semester 1 of each year. For students commencing in Semester 2 seeking ICAA membership this is a 3 semester program.

To complete the Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting
To fulfil the requirements of the Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #16 from the GDipProfAcc list comprising -
- #12 from Part A; and
- #4 from Part B.
