The Master of Engineering (Management) combines postgraduate studies in selected fields of engineering (electrical; engineering science, and software) with studies in selected fields of business. For existing engineering professionals, undertaking this program will meet your professional and personal development needs in the future.
This 2 year (full-time) program provides for development of business skills in engineering graduates without prior formal background and caters for students with relatively advanced backgrounds by allowing them to substitute engineering courses with business management courses.

To complete the Master of Engineering (Management)
To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Engineering (Management), a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain -
- for the MEng (Man)(Electrical Engineering Plan code: ELECTX5471),#32 comprising -
- #8 from part A of the MBus list;
- up to #12 from Parts A and B of the ME (Electrical Engineering) list and Parts B and C of the MBus list with a maximum of #6 from Part A of the ME (Electrical Engineering) list and Parts B and C of the MBus list;
- #2 from Part C of the ME (Electrical Engineering) list;
- at least #4 from Part D in a particular field of the ME (Electrical Engineering) list; and
- the balance from Parts D and E of the ME (Electrical Engineering) list
- for the MEng (Man)(Engineering Science plan), #32 comprising-
- #16 in accordance with ME (Engineering Science) list;
- #8 from Part A of the MBus list, and
- Balance from Parts B and C of the MBus list or other courses approved by the Executive Dean.
- for the MEng(Man)(Software Engineering Plan code: SOFTWX5471), #32 comprising -
- #8 from Part A of the MBus list
