The Graduate Certificate is a bridging program for students who do not meet the requirements for direct entry to the Graduate Diploma and therefore credit cannot be granted for the Graduate Certificate. Credit is offered in this program for the Graduate Diploma in Property Studies. >Students entering the Masters must first consult the Program Coordinator to discuss individual program progression. >Domestic students enrolling part-time can commence in Semester 2. >The majority of courses are offered late afternoon/early evening.

Program rules for the Master of Property Studies
To complete the Master of Property Studies
To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Property Studies, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #24 from the MPropertySt List comprising -
- #8 from Part F; and
- For students not holding a GDipPropertySt but an approved bachelors degree in business, commerce, economics or related discipline, or a GCPropertySt: #16 from Part D; or
- For students not holding a GDipPropertySt but an approved bachelors degree in regional and town planning, architecture, surveying, engineering, environmental management or related discipline: #16 from Part E.
