Why study the Graduate Diploma in Food Studies?
The food studies program provides postgraduate opportunities to build on specific knowledge of the sciences and technologies related to commercial food-processing and/or human nutrition. Graduates of the program demonstrate specialised knowledge of selected fields of food-processing. They can integrate and apply knowledge from a range of sources to technical issues; and effectively locate, interpret, critically evaluate, synthesise and communicate information in selected fields.
