Prerequisites
Bachelor degree or equivalent in the same discipline as approved by the Executive Dean with a GPA of at least 4.00 on a 7 point scale; OR Bachelor degree or equivalent with a GPA of at least 4.00 on a 7 point scale and 3 years full-time work experience in the same discipline as approved by the Exec Dean; OR post-secondary study and at least 5 years full-time work experience in the same discipline as approved by the Exec Dean; OR 7 years full-time work experience in the same discipline as approved by the Exec Dean.

Semester 2 entry is available for part time domestic students only. The majority of courses are offered late afternoon/early evening, with some courses being offered in intensive mode.
The following supporting documentation is required for all applications. Please ensure that you have included ALL required documentation when you submit your application.
- Official transcripts of previous studies.
- Evidence of work experience in the form of a CV. Please ensure that your CV includes your full work history, and outlines the major activities you undertake on a daily basis (if you are applying obo work experience).
- Evidence of residency status.
- Permanent residents will be required to sit an IELTS test if their prior studies were taught in an institution where English was not the language of instruction.

To fulfil the requirements of the Graduate Certificate in Property Studies, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #8 from the GCPropertySt list.
