Why study the Bachelor of Social Work (Honours)?

Social Workers build relationships with individuals, groups and communities and advocate by being in the space between an individual and the broader community. Their mission is to help and empower people to overcome particular problems, and to champion the rights of disadvantaged groups to create a fairer, more inclusive society.

This program combines core knowledge and skills in social work, social policy and research. During your program you'll learn about social work and the law, human development, professional ethics, and the principles and ideas that guide social workers.
