Why study the Bachelor of Environmental Management (Honours)?
The Bachelor of Environmental Management (Honours) program prepares you to manage many of the environmental challenges faced by modern society both locally and globally, as we address fundamental issues of sustainability. The program bridges the gap between science and management, incorporating fundamental biophysical science with social science and multidisciplinary skills in environmental management, decision making and policy analysis.
The final year focusses on integrating and applying research and core knowledge skills acquired in the first three years. You will develop your ability to manage complex real-world problems that affect a range of environments, from natural through to urban and industrial settings. Students with an adequate GPA from the first 3 years of study may elect to undertake an individual research thesis in their fourth year, or opt to undertake the industry orientated group research project.

To complete the Bachelor of Environmental Management (Honours)
To graduate with a Bachelor of Environmental Management (Honours) a student must have successfully completed all requirements of the program as certified by the Executive Dean. This includes courses to be taken to complete the program and any other specific conditions of the program including admission, enrolment and progression requirements.
