Program rules for the Bachelor of Arts
To complete the Bachelor of Arts
To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelor of Arts, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
A student is required to obtain #48, comprising:
- either two single majors or one extended major and a minor in a different field and the balance of electives from Part A or Part B or other courses approved by the Executive Dean.
Students are also requested to note the following policies:
- a course can only count towards one major;
- first #8 must be from Part A or Part B;
- minimum of #28 at advanced level courses;
- no more than #32 may be from a single field;
- may not enrol on a cross-institutional basis prior to the completion of #16 in the program;
- must complete #8 at the home campus prior to enrolling in courses at another campus.
