The Honours program is designed to build on the knowledge of agribusiness issues that students have developed in their pass degree. Students undertake an Honours project to research and report on a defined topic that is tailored to students'' interests and career goals.

The Honours program prepares students for careers in government, scientific and technical research, policy development, and management and marketing positions in agribusiness firms.

Program rules for the Bachelor of Agribusiness (Honours)
To complete the Bachelor of Agribusiness (Honours)
To fulfil the requirements of the Bachelor of Agribusiness (Honours), a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.
An honours student is required to obtain #16 comprising -
- an approved Research Methodology course (#2), where deemed necessary;
- one Honours Research Project from Honours Part A; and
- the balance from courses in Honours Part B or other courses approved by the Executive Dean.
