Why study the Tertiary Preparation Program - Non-Award?
The TPP offers domestic students a 30 week (3 x 10 week trimesters or terms) robust program with a pathway to further study opportunities at UQ College and other higher education studies at UQ or other providers. The primary aim of this non-award program is to develop and equip students with the skills and attributes needed to go onto further tertiary study.
What you can study
Students in the TPP study Academic English and Mathematics (General Mathematics or Mathematical Methods) in addition to three elective courses. Students wishing to progress to degrees in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences have the option to replace mathematics with Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS). For a full list of elective courses, please download the TPP Brochure from the UQ College website.
