Why study Science?

This field will attract science teachers who wish to develop their knowledge, skills and strategies in teaching science and will enable them to innovate and provide leadership in science education in the developing area of middle years schooling and also in traditional primary and secondary settings. The extensive use of information and communications technologies will underpin the acquisition of practical skills in the development and implementation of curricula and assessments that reflect the core concepts of science.
