Why study International Hotel Management?

This field develops a theoretical and professional understanding of the international hotel industry. Students critically evaluate the key operational areas of accommodation and food and beverage within the context of the unique environment of the international hotel industry. Students may also undertake advanced study in hospitality management theory, and focus on service strategies and their applications in international hospitality organisations.

Employment opportunities
