The Hospitality field focuses on the wide and diverse hospitality industry that embraces much more than just hotels, restaurants and resorts. It looks at hotel operations management, technological applications in hotel management, international hotel operations and services management for the hospitality industry. The field provides students with an in-depth understanding of the operations and management of hospitality businesses.
