Why study History?
Students have the opportunity to examine in depth the history of America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Pacific. History teaches students to interrogate the past and to enter into dialogue with forces that have shaped the world. Areas of study include social change, international affairs, warfare, gender, race relations, crime, popular culture, and sexuality. Please note that this program is designed for students with little or no prior background in the field. Some of the courses listed in this field are delivered jointly to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
