Why study Food Security and Agrifood Systems?
This Field in the Masters of Sustainable Systems will look at what food security and sustainable agrifood systems are, why they are important, and how to go about doing something about them. When completed it will provide a thorough understanding of the main issues involved and some clear insights into how the issues can be addressed and managed across both public and private sectors. Courses in this Field will cover key issues with the underlying theme being a whole of industry chain approach (ie from sustainable production through to sustainable consumerism).
