Why study Economics and Strategy?

The development of urban environments is a capital-intensive activity. Urban design and development practitioners can benefit from understanding the ways in which economics affects development so that they can participate effectively in the multidisciplinary teams that procure large-scale city development. Students in this course will develop knowledge and skills in micro and macro-economics and will conclude their studies with a course about property development.
