Why study Art Therapy?
This program prepares students for clinical practice in art therapy to a high standard. Students will develop the knowledge and skills to provide art therapy interventions in a wide range of settings and with diverse clinical groups. The program meets the requirements of the Australian, New Zealand, Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) for professional registration.
The Art Therapy specialisation is available by internal study only.
For further information regarding prerequisites, admission processes and program details, please contact: Louise Leotta, Art Therapy Coordinator.
While late applications will be considered, the due date for the art therapy stream is 16 October to 31 October in the year preceding commencement. This allows time for evaluation of the artwork portfolio and an interview.
