Course description
NOT OFFERED IN 2011. Child protection practice is examined in relation to its organisational, legal and political contexts. The course focuses on broadening students' knowledge and skills for working effectively in these domains, along with skills in working with involuntary clients, interagency collaboration and professional communication. To enrol in this course, students must have completed an interpersonal skills training course. Please contact the School of Social Work and Human Services for further information. Course will only be offered if enrolments exceed 15 students.
