Course description
This course covers knowledge and skills required to work effectively with staff to achieve high quality professional practice. It includes: understanding approaches to leadership; developing a supervisory relationship, ethics in supervision, managing workloads, facilitating a worker's ongoing professional development, exploring pathways to practice excellence, promoting learning from practice and evaluating practice.
